After week 4, a week in which the Cowboys and Eagles both lost, the New York Giants moved to the undisputed top spot in the Rational Rankings. The 4-0 Tennessee Titans are now ranked second in the NFL by the Rational Sports Machine. The Philadelphia Eagles, San Diego Chargers and Dallas Cowboys round out the top 5.
